1. About TravelPinHunt

TravelPinHunt is a community-built guide to places where travellers may be able to find and buy travel pins. The Site is maintained as an independent project and is not a marketplace, booking service, retailer, or representative of any listed shop or place.

2. Ownership of the Site and database

Unless otherwise stated, the Site's original design, text, organisation, selection and presentation of information, and the TravelPinHunt database are owned by Dmitrii Polovinkin or used with permission and are protected by applicable copyright, database, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Individual facts, business names, trademarks, maps, photographs, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer ownership to TravelPinHunt and does not imply an endorsement or affiliation.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and use the information shown on it for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may share links to TravelPinHunt pages and quote limited extracts where reasonably necessary, provided that you clearly credit TravelPinHunt and include a link to the relevant page.

Any other reproduction, republication, distribution, commercial use, or licensing of Site content or database material requires prior written permission from TravelPinHunt.

4. Prohibited use

You must not, without prior written permission:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, download, or extract Site content or database records by automated means;
• systematically copy or extract records, including through repeated requests for small portions of the database;
• reproduce or republish all or a substantial part of the database;
• use Site content to build, populate, enrich, or maintain another directory, database, dataset, product, or competing service;
• use Site content to train, develop, evaluate, or supply an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system;
• sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or make bulk Site data available to another person;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, robot instructions, or other technical protections;
• interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability, or place an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
• misrepresent your relationship with TravelPinHunt or use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary indexing by public search engines that identify themselves accurately and comply with the Site's robot instructions and technical controls.

5. Location submissions

When you submit information or other material to TravelPinHunt, you confirm that:

• the submission is made in good faith and is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the right to provide the submitted text, links, photographs, nickname, and other material;
• the submission does not infringe another person's copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights;
• the submission does not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, confidential, or unnecessarily personal information.

You retain any rights you hold in your submission. By submitting it, you grant TravelPinHunt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable licence to store, reproduce, verify, adapt, edit, translate, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submission as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, preserve, and promote TravelPinHunt and its database. This licence is irrevocable to the extent permitted by applicable law, except where applicable privacy or other laws require otherwise.

TravelPinHunt may verify, edit, combine, reject, or remove a submission at its discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication, continued publication, attribution, or compensation. If you provide a contributor nickname, you agree that it may be displayed publicly with your approved contribution and on the Contributors page. A submitted email address is not displayed publicly and may be used to contact you about your submission.

If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms, submit material only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

6. Accuracy and changes to listings

TravelPinHunt relies on personal visits, community contributions, and publicly available information. Shops may close, move, change their opening hours, stop selling pins, or offer different products. TravelPinHunt does not guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. You should verify important details directly with the relevant place before visiting or making travel plans.

You are welcome to report inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate information by contacting TravelPinHunt.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to Google Maps, Yandex Maps, photo-hosting services, social networks, shop websites, and other third-party services. TravelPinHunt does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

8. Availability and changes to the Site

TravelPinHunt may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site, and may edit or remove content, at any time. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its users, its database, or its infrastructure.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravelPinHunt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravelPinHunt and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Reports and rights concerns

If you believe that a listing is inaccurate, contains personal information that should not be published, or infringes your intellectual property or other rights, contact TravelPinHunt with the relevant page URL and an explanation of your concern. Reasonable requests will be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Site develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
