📝 Note for collectors

There are no travel pins (or it's very hard to find them, so I couldn't) in next locations: The Red House, Eslite Spectrum Songyan Mall, Syntrend Mall, CITYLINK Mall. Some of them sell many designer pins, sure - just nothing about Taipei or Taiwan.

📍 Taipei 101 gift shop

There are two gift shops in Taipei 101, and both sell high quality pins about the skyscraper, see photo: https://maps.app.goo.gl/8HdcyQugxpVM7FWW6. One is on the 89th floor where observation deck is, and you have to get a ticket to access it.
But there is a second official shop as well, which can be accessed without a ticket - it is situated in a Taipei 101 shopping mall on a 4th floor where big luxury shops are. Gift shop there is right by the Burberry store (https://maps.app.goo.gl/mQiuauWX1vwHABHj8) and all exiting the observation deck pass by.

📍 Ximending Walking District

There are at least three shops right near intersection where this Ximending Walking District Google Maps point stands, where each one of them have a good variety of more or less the same pins about Taipei and Taiwan, which are bigger ones made by Singezih Design: https://singezih.shopstore.tw/item/taipei-landmarks-badge. Pins are extremely easy to find in this location.

📍 Taoyuan International Airport, Terminal 1, gift shop

There is a gift shop right after you pass immigration in Terminal 1, before all the big shops start. It sells various souvenirs about Taiwan and they also have three kinds of pins about Taiwan - two with flags in different shapes, and another is a "country pin" in a shape of the island with "Taiwan" written in English and Chinese - and this design I didn't see anywhere else around the country. Location is approximate.

📍 咖波屋 Capoo House (台北西門店Taipei)

Popular and adorable merchandise store in Ximen district with a lot of stuff about a Capoo Cat character, which was designed by a Taiwanese artist Yara. They have quite a big variety of interesting and funny Capoo Cat pins. Also have several about other characters.

📍 未來市 @ Huashan 1914 Creative Park

Extremely interesting shop in itself with gifts and souvenirs from many designers and creators, in one of stalls it was possible to find some original Taiwan-themed pins which I didn't encounter anywhere else in Taiwan.
