A huge number of tourist places in Tainan don't sell any travel pins. Just to list some: all shops on Shennong Street, Chihkan Tower, Tainan Art Museum, Hayashi Department Store (have pins related to store tho), Tainan Confucius Temple, Koxinga's Shrine, Shops around Anping Old Street (maybe had to look deeper), Anping Tree House - no pins can be found there.

Gift shop in Blueprint Culture & Creative Park, which seems like a rare case in Tainan, as they have a stock of high quality original pins from local Singezih Design company about Taiwan, Tainan and even other destinations like Kaohsiung, Kenting, Taipei, Alishan. Also have other Taiwan pins which glow in the dark. All of them can be found near the cash register.

📍 National Museum of Taiwan Literature

Gift shop in this museum doesn't sell travel pins specifically, but has a choice of interesting small brooches made from threads which are kinda like pins actually, just not made from enamel and steel. 📍 Hayashi Department Store

Huge shop, but surprisingly nowhere inside they actually sell any travel pins about Tainan or Taiwan, while it's the place to expect that. BUT - they have a set of two pins, one of which is face of a boy which seem like a historical symbol of Hayashi Department Store. Very pricey though - 390 TWD for two pins with this boy and toy gun.
