📍 Gift shop in Hahue Village

While not really in Andong, but in probably the main attraction of this city - Hahue Folk Village. Souvenir shop not far from the entrance to the village sells some some pins with Korean flag, but most importantly - pin about the village itself, with a mask and sign "Hahue Village". It's quite pricey, at 10k won, but then... it's the only place in Huhue which sells pins :)
They don't have a Google Maps location, but it's just where this location of coffee shop is.

Original gift shop, with souvenirs about Andong and Korea. But well, they don't really have pins about Andong, or about Korea, but they have something like.. small magnets made of plastic with various Korean symbols, one of which is a figure of the fish which is seemingly "Andong salted mackerel", which is a local specialty. Also have a bit bigger magnet with just "Andong" sign. I'm not sure it all fits as a "pin from Andong" (didn't fit for my collection format), but you at least can check for yourself!
