There is a big and famous Udelny (Удельный) flea market on the north of Saint-Petersburg, where you can find shops which sell a lot of old Soviet time pins with huge variety of topics. Pins with coats of arms of different Russian/Soviet cities can be found in big quantities. Marked location is where I've found a shop with the biggest choice of Soviet pins.
