📍 Gift shop near the Palace

There is a mini building outside the palace close to the toilets and Agatoviye Palaty (Агатовые Палаты) which sells pins about Tsarskoye Selo and Saint-Petersburg. You have to buy the tickets to the Palace and it's grounds to get there.
