Unfortunately, most souvenir shops in Malacca don't sell any pins, I've went to basically all of them in 2025.

📍 Gift shop close to Dutch Square
The only place in all the city which sold pins is one odd shop which sold random gifts, if I remember correctly - only there some older pins were sold, and about Malaysia only, not even Malacca. Location is approximate, but quite correct.
