Big pedestrian street in Asakusa with various souvenir shops, some of them sell pins about Tokyo. The shop close to location I've marked sell more good-quality pins, other shops also sell pins, but they may be a bit simpler ones. If I'm not mistaken - you can find pins about Asakusa itself there as well.
