Souvenir Store near the main entrance to the Korakuen Garden. I've pinned Zanmuken, but it may have been another smaller store that shared the building. An Okayama Castle pin was available.

📍 Gachapon Machine - Okayama / Kurashiki
Approximate location, walk around the commercial area within the garden near the exit that leads to Okayama Castle and you should find the machine. The gachapon machine offers a collection of 5 pins featuring sites in Okayama and Kurashiki, including Okayama Castle and the Kurashiki Bikan Quarter. Presumably other machines are located in other tourist spots, and I did see one in the Bikan Quarter. Bring coins, you'll need them for the machines. Believe it was 200 Yen per roll.
